Missed Appointment / Cancellation Policy

A first time missed appointment or late cancellation; we understand! We all get busy and forget, so no worries!
A second missed appointment or late cancellation will require a prepayment upon scheduling.
After a third missed appointment, we will happily serve you under a walk-in basis only.
Thank you for being respectful of our time, and for allowing time for another guest to fill your spot!

 

Sick Policy

We will not be accepting sick guests. If you or anyone you are in close contact with is not feeling well within 24 hours of your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
